Order Processing
All orders ship from our Charlotte, NC headquarters.
- Non-prescription orders (sunglasses and ready-to-wear frames): Processed within 1–2 business days
- Prescription orders: Processed within 5–10 business days, as each pair is custom-made by our optical lab
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility
Please note: processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

We ship via UPS for all domestic orders.

International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a UPS tracking number. You can track your package at ups.com or through the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at help@johnnyfly.com as soon as possible. We can only update addresses on orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has been handed to UPS, we're unable to reroute it.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around your property for the package
- Contact UPS to file a claim
- Reach out to us at help@johnnyfly.com and we'll help however we can
For packages that arrive damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and contents and email us within 7 days of delivery at help@johnnyfly.com. We'll make it right.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim may be subject to a reshipment fee. If you'd prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we'll refund the order minus original shipping costs.
